The idea for this site was conceived by my Dad, Douglas Trann.. 2nd son of Hugh Trann. He thought it would a great way for people far and wide to remember what an amazing person my grandfather was.
Hopefully this site will live on for many years to come and will grow to hold hundreds of photos, stories, tokens and mementos from my grandfather’s long life.
My name is Stuart Trann and I designed this site. It uses XHTML for content and CSS for presentation, running on a wonderfully flexible content management system called Textpattern. I hope you enjoy reminiscing about my grandpa, we all miss him.
